Returns/Refund Policy

We believe you will be delighted with the designs and quality of products at Jolly Society. However, we understand that online shopping can be tough sometimes.

If an item is damaged, faulty, wrongly described or different from the style shown, contact us within 14 days from receipt of the product. Please provide us with your order number, noting the item/s you wish to return, and the reason.

We will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion , the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care. Sale products are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns for ‘change of mind’ are at a customers own expense. For International returns please use a reliable and trackable delivery service, as Jolly Society will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
