Due to the high volumes of parcels and increased restrictions, our logistics provider has advised there are delays to normal delivery times. 

This has occurred due to limited commercial freight shipments, closure/less staffing at Customs and Border Control Offices, and couriers stretching their maximum capacity.

We understand that these are uncertain times, and we want to assure you we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you as quickly as possible.


As all international and domestic couriers are experiencing delays, orders may take 6 – 9 weeks from dispatch to be received.

If your order has exceeded the delayed time frame above, get in touch with our friendly Customer Experience Team where an inquiry will be lodged with the courier on your behalf.

Please also be aware we have increased diligence on the way we pack and send your parcels, including applying disinfectant to goods and our packer’s hands; and minimising contact in our warehouse. This means orders take longer to pack, and there may be delays to our normal dispatch turnarounds.

Please be aware, you may be liable for customs or duties taxes in line with those in the Country in which you reside. Jolly Society does not take responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed by the Australian government.


We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we deem at high risk of loss or damage, and also areas that are inaccessible with our home delivery services. In this case, you may choose to have an item delivered using your own couriers, in which case all insurance for loss or damage to the order caused by the delivery will be your responsibility.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers because they’re usually too small to accept most of the items we sell. Most of our goods are delivered by courier or specialist furniture carrier directly to your door and require a signature upon delivery.

To ensure the safety of their staff, international and Australian logistics providers may leave parcels without human or other unnecessary contact including without signature.

You will still be sent tracking details for all deliveries and if you are concerned, we suggest you follow the real-time tracking to identify when your parcel is delivered.


In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, Jolly Society reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of next delivery slot.

No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed. Jolly Society shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Jolly Society or to any comparison.
